Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a critical position in an innovative startup that is disrupting the compliance industry? We are actively seeking a highly skilled Full Stack developer to help accelerate our product roadmap and deliver innovative features for our customers. Activities:

  • Hands on development establishing new architectural patterns for use by the development team
  • Troubleshooting tricky bits of code and improving performance and quality of the application at all levels of the stack
  • Establishing architectural standards for software development and enforcing their use via code reviews
  • Teaching and mentoring junior developers
  • Front-end development using Bootstrap and Angular
  • Middle-tier API development using .NET Core C#
  • Back-end database development using Entity Framework with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and personal development

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing modern user experiences for web/mobile applications leveraging Bootstrap or similar frameworks
  • Full stack development experience with extensive and direct experience coding in Angular and .NET Core
  • Experience with performance optimization, security hardening, and overall architecture for complex enterprise systems
  • GitOps familiarity for performing source code configuration management using Git-based tools (GitHub) with multiple branches
  • Extensive experience with separation of concerns and automated testing to improve Software Quality
  • Direct experience with modern containerization tooling including Docker and Kubernetes is desired
  • Experience with Agile Project Management, Scrum processes, and operating in a geographically distributed project environment
  • Knowledge of secure software development processes to eliminate vulnerabilities in applications


Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technical/engineering degree and 15 years experience, or
  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar technical/engineering degree and 12 years experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies and scale out architectures is highly preferred
  • Experience with scaling applications in Microsoft Azure is highly preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen and capable of passing a background check and random periodic drug testing
  • Must live in Knoxville, TN or be willing to relocate for this position and work out of the R&D office a minimum of 50% of the time
