Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a critical position in an innovative startup disrupting the compliance industry? We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to work closely with our Product and Sales teams to increase the awareness of the world’s first real-time GRC platform within our target verticals. You’ll be developing the product marketing strategy for a solution with no match in the market while strategically supporting the Regulatory Operations (RegOps) movement in the industry.   • Lead the alignment between Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging 
  • Develop content to educate internal and external audiences on product features and benefits 
  • Develop sales enablement, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and other content that is required to bring a product to market or increase velocity for existing features 
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and customers to uncover market needs and use cases and understand value-based behaviors to drive product roadmap prioritization  
  • Develop content to create demand for products 
  • Train our Sales team and other stakeholders on how to tell the story of the RegScale platform 
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage 
  • Research relevant topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed 
  • Align new offerings/features to grow pipeline and revenue with prospects and customers 
  • Assist with writing/content requests as needed 


Proven Capabilities: 

  • Past experience in a product marketing role in a SaaS organization, ideal candidate will have direct experience in the GRC space 
  • Deep knowledge of cyber security and the compliance landscape that helps you identify with customer pain points and understand RegScale’s differentiated solutions 
  • A storyteller with a portfolio of content that translates technical concepts into simplified, user-centric stories 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinars 
  • Works well independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking 
  • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to close the loop on projects and initiatives with the team  
  • Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity concepts, scanning tools, and technology platforms 
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet the demands of a fast-growing startup 


Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing roles for GRC, Compliance, Security, or Cybersecurity products   
  • Excellent writer (have sample links ready) 
  • Excellent oral communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email) 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics 
  • Experience in organizations selling to both commercial and public sectors is a plus  
  • Bonus: Professional technical certifications in security, DevOps, programming, or auditing fields 
  • Must be willing to travel to HQ in VA and R&D in TN up to 30% of the time  
  • Must be a US Citizen and subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements
