Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and own the overall recruiting strategy – kick off a new search, job description development, source, build a robust evaluation strategy, and close candidates. Provide end-to-end white glove service from search kick-off through onboarding
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role as well as document job requirements and objectives
  • Proactively source, develop, and recruit a robust, high-quality candidate pipeline using databases, social media, job boards, and other unique sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools of active and passive candidates
  • Screen candidate applications to assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, acting as the main point of contact while building influential candidate relationships
  • Manage and maintain RegScale’s ATS (Comeet), including building workflows and tracking feedback
  • Lead and guide the interview process, including top candidate assessment and provide timely updates to the hiring team
  • Facilitate offer delivery and negotiations, leading to successful candidate closing
  • Analyze effectiveness of recruiting efforts through data analysis and reporting, including search progress reports, status reports, and market trend/feedback reports for presentation to leadership team
  • Partner across the organization to create relevant, compelling, personalized, and high-touch candidate experiences that align with organization’s values and mission
  • Facilitate handoffs between the candidate and the onboarding manager and ensure onboarding processes are consistently followed and continuously improved to deliver an efficient and rewarding day 1 experience for new employees
  • Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations 

Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to design, implement, and execute on recruiting strategies, particularly a wide variety of sourcing methods
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking systems, and HRIS systems
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Desire to build teams and organizations
