About The Position

RegScale [] is bringing the best practices of DevOps to Compliance to deliver RegOps – Continuous Compliance Automation. The Account Executive (AE) will be on the East Coast with the mission to learn the RegOps value proposition and demonstrate success in pipeline generation and deal closure. Generating new logos is the primary objective but as a customer first organization we all focus on customer outcomes and the renewals and expansions that follow value realization. The AE will work with the Industry Pod that supports your market. The role reports to the GM, Public Sector and will have tight alignment with the Solutions Engineering, BDR, Customer Enablement, Product, and Marketing leaders and team members. 

The mission for this role is to help RegScale continue to accelerate the already hyper-growth sales engine by expanding our field sales presence in the private sector for Cloud Service Providers / Independent Software Vendors. Initial success will be achieved by building pipeline and closing the opportunities that are currently in process in the funnel. A critical conviction for this role is that customers and partners come first and leveraging your existing network while expanding it with relentless pipeline generation activities is the way we win. We’re both solving a decades old problem while creating and leading the RegOps Movement which means we must love to drive thought leadership while in parallel are viscerally committed to our Management Operating Rhythm and Customer Alignment Model processes.   • Close existing pipeline opportunities to deliver minimum of 3 new logos in first 6 months
  • Build 1x CQ and 2x NQ pipeline in first 6 months 
  • Tune First Strike Deck and stages 1-4 of CAM to establish repeatability
  • Work with Distribution and BDR team to execute cadences for inbound and outbound activities
  • Work with marketing and sales to tune messaging based on real time feedback
  • Help establish and actively drive “PG Days” for Pipeline Generation
